Not a hugely dramatic video, but just shows that police are still enforcing SOCPA and, although this police officer was very civil, he still denied us our human rights to protest in this area. This was just 3 people leafleting on this occasion. SOCPA says that you have to give written notice, giving the name of the 'organiser' of the demonstration, his/her address, contact details, and you have to fill in a form about how many people you're expecting etc. just to do a protest. This crazy Draconian law must be repealed. Protest by right, not police permission!
